All 5 climbers successfully reached Uhuru peak this morning between 0945 and 1119. We are now starting to Gillman’s point for our descent to Kibo Huts and Horombo for tonight.

We left School Hut @ 0030 this morning en-route for Uhuru Peak and arrived at the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro @ 0815. WE are about to start the descent via Barafu to Mweka camp. The climbers are very happy if a little tired.
