Half way to Uhuru Peak, having started from Barafu @ 0500. 1 climber has already reached the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro @ 1040, while the other climber is struggling due to tiredness.

One climber arrived at Barafu @ 1200 and the other climber arrived @ 1600. Nice weather today. The climbers are preparing for the trek to the summit later tonight.

Both climbers are doing well, despite it being chilly. We reached Mawenzi Tarn Hut @ 1140. We will take an acclimatisation trek towards Mawenzi Peak this afternoon.
