We have woken to a brilliant morning on Mount Kilimanjaro, though the clouds are starting to roll in. We are on the way to Mawenzi Tarn Hut today.

We are now at School Hut and the climbers are feeling good. The weather today is much better than yesterday. We are now preparing our gear before resting and starting our trek to the summit at midnight.

We arrived at School Hut @ 1202 and all 3 climbers are feeling OK. Cloudy and windy today, but better than yesterday. We will start our assault to the summit at midnight tonight.

We are at Gillman’s Point and one climber is not feeling well and is taking a rest before we head to the summit and then descend to Crater Camp for tonight.
