We arrived at Pofu not long ago and the climbers are doing fine. We took in an acclimatisation trek towards the Lent Group on the way.

The climbers are doing well and we have arrived safely at Barafu camp. We are relaxing after preparing our gear for the ascent to the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro at midnight tonight.

The climbers are doing great and are very happy as they think about heading for the summit of Kibo at midnight tonight.. We are starting our trek from Horombo to Barafu.

Both climbers reached the ‘Roof of Africa’ by summiting Mount Kilimanjaro this morning @ 0627. Both climbers are safe and well, if a little overwhelmed by their achievement. The weather today was a little windy, though we had a magnificent sunrise as we headed for the summit. The climbers are very happy.
